 ACCO Brands Corporation is one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2.1 billion. The Global Product Manager is responsible for owning and executing the launch of new wellness products globally for the TruSens Brand. This includes pricing, packaging and overall consumer experience. TruSens is ACCO Brand’s first Wellness Consumer brand that launched with Air Purifiers in 2019 and we are looking to grow the brand exponentially. In order for us to accomplish this, we are looking for a entrepreneurial, nimble and passionate individual to join the TruSens family. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL.

We are looking for someone who can take newly created wellness products and launch them into other regions globally by working closely with global teams and their strategies. The right candidate possesses excellent project management and communication skills, the ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful to meet organizational goals. This role requires a unique blend of understanding the product features, competitive benchmarks and the global needs and find the right balance. TruSens is a growing brand with many new wellness products on the roadmap. You will work as a member of ACCO Brand’s Global Wellness Team charged to create market-leading solutions for business challenges. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead global roll out of all wellness products for the U.S. and other regions
• Lead pricing strategy on new products working collaboratively with the Senior Director
• Explore new short term product & business opportunities, using in-depth knowledge of the global customer/end-user needs
• Collaborate with global sourcing and supply chain to create forecasts and order planning for regions
• Work with regions and other teams to optimize schedules of orders for production
• Lead global management and maintenance of SKUs by setting up items in database
• Keeping track of competitive pricing, product claims and strategies to ensure we are competitive on all fronts. 
• Working with compliance/ENG to confirm compliance/regulatory requirements for marking/packaging from a global launch perspective (with focus on US).
• Lead and support packaging translations and work with agencies to launch in all regions (North America, Europe, APAC, LATAM)
• Develop and own packaging direction, owner’s manuals and quick start guide and collaborate with brand teams to create documents
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regional PM, Operations, Sales, Marketing, manufacturer, & external partners) to deliver financial and strategic results.
• Deliver key customer and end-user insights back to the organization and use the information to drive product and development priorities.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required, majoring in Marketing, Management, Engineering, Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience leading brands in CPG or consumer facing industries
• Proficient at keeping up with timelines and global regional communications.
• Passion in innovation and “nimble” ways of working and should be comfortable with change
• Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly in an ambiguous and dynamic small team environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Discovery-driven planning and financial modeling to explore the business model possibilities behind our concepts and to shape and influence their design
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
• Exceptional organizational and process-management skills with the ability to prioritize, focus, and adjust to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills
• Team player and collaborator with ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues -- Product Development, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Start-ups, and Design
• Solid planning and organizational skills; proven ability to establish business, product, and market plans with quantitative methods
