The Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for helping to lead the strategy, implementation and maintenance of HR systems, employee data and the analytics to support the employee life-cycle across all company locations world-wide. This position will be responsible for defining business requirements, design, implementation, and management of all HR Technology initiatives along with their team.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages overall HR technology solutions and administration of all HR System applications, including systems and processes related to Human Capital Data Management
  • Understand and utilize technology and HR systems to streamline processes and build efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain Global HRIS data integrity and execute accurate auditing procedures and practices for data integrity
  • Manage global data architecture and the development of data framework for the HR function
  • Consolidate data, perform in-depth analysis and interpret/evaluate, summarize results and key trends, update materials, and prepare reports
  • Develop relevant human capital and HR metrics to ensure continuous alignment of the design of all HR programs with organizational objectives and track progress against HR's strategies
  • Support compliance requirements for HR processes by facilitating delivery of information in support of requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Posting Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance or extensive, related equivalent work experience
  • At least seven (7) years of recent HR technology experience required
  • At least three (3) years of direct management experience
  • System implementation experience required, along with an aptitude to apply global concepts
  • Strong project management experience, along with the tools and methodology to bring projects successfully to completion
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement methodology and process orientation
  • Strong “solutions” driven mind and skillset with excellent business and finance acumen, and the ability to successfully plan, organize, integrate and measure a growing and complex HR technology organization
  • Experience leading HR data governance, security and compliance processes preferably with a public company (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley), along with global visibility
  • Demonstrated high proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc), with PowerBI experience preferred but not required
  • Proven ability in SQL, database design(Access), and XML
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions given minimal information
  • Able to think strategically, act operationally and balance those abilities depending on the context and situation
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
