Sales Manager – Sundyne Aftermarket
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Sales team as an Aftermarket Sales Manager. This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business, as well as establish and work with Channel partners and manufacturer's representatives. The Area Sales Manager must be comfortable selling centrifugal pumps technical solutions to all levels of any organization, including O.E.M. and E.P.C.. Sundyne considers this to be a “solutions-oriented” position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools, to provide the Sales Area Manager with every opportunity for success. This position works from a home office and travels more than 50%.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying, qualifying, selling and closing pumps solutions / services and products to existing customers.
• Sell a full range of Sundyne pump products, supplies and services; requires technical and consultative-selling skills
• Manage partners relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
• Provide a solution sales process to prospects through the Action Selling process
• Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Provide account management to an existing territory
• Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
• Solutions-selling experience in Centrifugal pumps
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Distribution
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
