Aceable is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to oversee vendor management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. This position will play a central collaborative role between the Finance team and other departments and requires a positive and collaborative attitude with a strong focus on customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder service.

The Aceable Finance team is a data-driven, results oriented group responsible for accurate financial reporting, business operations, and data analysis for strategic decision-making. We take great pride in being a key partner to leaders across the organization as decisions about the business are considered. The Finance team consists of the Finance Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury & Tax, and Business Analytics. We are highly focused on people as our priority building on Aceable’s core values to drive a high performance culture and build inclusive teams. 


  • Oversee all accounts payable processes including proper coding of expenses by department and GL, maintaining new and existing vendors, and employee expense policies and reports  
  • Analyze vendor invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment per company policies and process all vendor payments timely in accordance with their required due dates
  • Oversee all accounts receivable processes including proper coding of revenue by department and GL, maintaining new and existing customers accounts, and providing accurate reporting to sales enablement teams 
  •  Process, review, and approve all employee expense reports in agreement with the company policy and accounting requirements
  • Ensuring controls are in place and all related documentation is properly maintained and updated
  • Support compliance related requirements around Form 1099 and annual financial audit
  • Administrative office functions such as managing incoming emails and scanning and distributing mail for the Finance Team 


  • 1+ years of relevant experience in business operations
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables
  • Customer service mindset towards vendors and employees
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment where adaptability is imperative


  • Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processes
  • Experience with Netsuite (Financial ERP), Tipalti, SAP Concur Expense
  • Experience with Customer Service
