As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for building loads of vehicles by utilizing technology to assign carriers and drivers. What will you be doing?

• Accepting inbound and making outbound calls to carriers.

• Getting status updates on vehicles shipped.

• Working with our accounting department to ensure proper pricing.

• Analyzing reports to find discrepancies in paperwork.

• Utilizing transportation management system to dispatch vehicles to carriers.

Experience and Education:

• Experience with transportation software or Call Center Environment environments

• Minimum of GED or HS diploma required.

• Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Excel a plus

• Experience in a Windows computer system environment and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
