ACHIEVA Janitorial Working Supervisor (FT) Salary in the United States

FUNCTION:

Plans and implements vocational programming for individuals in the Cleaning & Janitorial Program. Develops and implements individual goals and ensures daily integration of individual’s work skills and production objectives through training and supervision. Acts as a major customer liaison regarding production and quality issues. Reports to the Cleaning & Janitorial Site Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supports the achievement of individuals’ personal outcomes.
2. Develops and monitors Individual Work Progress Plans for individuals assigned to caseload.
3. Monitors and evaluates employee performance and takes action to improve or sustain performance as needed.
4. Completes and reviews various documents relevant to staffing and assessment.
5. Ensures that individual goals are clearly communicated to appropriate personnel.
6. Ensures the integration of programmatic and production demands so that individual needs and production goals are met.
7. Prioritizes scheduling of jobs and assigns workers to tasks.
8. Ensures that all cleaning performed complies with the contract.
9. Provides direct training and supervision of workers.
10. Ensures close communication with customers.
11. Communicates relevant information to internal managers, external customers, family members, and other organizations.
12. Conducts monthly safety meetings with documentation.
13. Makes sure that site inventory is complete and that equipment is in working order.
14. May be required to provide a cell phone for availability for work purposes. May be eligible for cell phone stipend.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

The equivalent of a High School Diploma and one-year related experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania operator’s license. Knowledge of productivity measurement, task analysis, and time studies preferred.
