Acorns is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join the Talent Acquisition team. As our Operations Associate, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the talent team by supporting all aspects of the recruiting process including: scheduling, general logistics and vendor management, and analysis of core recruitment data. 

You will play a critical role in providing a world-class candidate experience in addition to leveraging HR and talent insights to drive operational efficiencies.

This role has the option to be remote or based in our Irvine office.

Within 1 month, you will:

• Gain a strong understanding of Acorns’ talent acquisition strategy. 
• Learn our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, including: requisition approval, formating interview panels, and moving candidates through appropriate workflows. 
• Partner with recruiters and hiring team to coordinate phone screens, virtual interview panels, and interview debriefs. 
• Become acquainted with Talent Acquisition’s KPIs, data, and reporting needs. 

Within 6 months, you will:

• Oversee all scheduling coordination and logistics for candidate interviews. 
• Perform administrative tasks and manage ad hoc situations related to recruitment initiatives, events, and programs.
• Empower strategic recruiting decisions by providing ongoing reporting and insights to hiring teams, HR, and recruitment leaders. 

Within 12 months, you will:

• Be an ambassador for the Talent Acquisition team and Acorns. 
• Become a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition metrics and data; Demonstrate a deep understanding of innovative reporting and performance insights that align with business needs.
• Collaborate on special projects to drive the Talent team forward in exceeding goals and ensuring we hire exceptional talent.

• Prior experience working within HR or Talent Acquisition a plus
