Summary

The Digital Marketing Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients that are mostly in the healthcare and legal industries. Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital marketing solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of digital marketing concepts, practices and procedures. Additionally, we will rely on extensive experience to plan and accomplish client and company goals. The candidate will need a sense of urgency, superior time management skills, be highly organized and efficient. 

Essential Duties: 

  • Build long-term relationships with clients -- this is primarily a client facing role
  • Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
  • Present and train on social media strategies to clients
  • Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns 
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress
  • Keep up-to-date on trends within the industry applying in their day-to-day activities
  • Responsible for regular communication with internal and external teams 

Skills: 

  • Understanding of online marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Photo editing abilities (Photoshop, Pixelmator, Canva, PicMonkey)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related education
  • Experience in customer service and/or digital account management
  • 1-3 years experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience with GSuite Products, Google Adwords, Google My Business, and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and general knowledge of HTML

Travel Requirement 

  • May require occasional local or national travel (less than 5% of the time)

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (90% at desk, 10% of time walking)
  • Will work in office environment using typical office equipment (computers, keyboards, printer, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
