AFFINITY GAMING Full Time Bartender Salary in the United States

$300 Sign on Bonus! 
The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Is responsible for processing transactions using  the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.  Maintain the bar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages. Ensures intoxicated guests are not served. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ring in all customer drinks in point of sale.
• Practice Genuine Service with all internal and external customers.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Follow and enforce T.I.P.S. guidelines.
• Clean all glassware and keep bar area clean.
• Rotate stock under FIFO
• Check all draught beers to ensure there all in correct working order.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers’ excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking.
• Plan, organize, and control the operations of bar area.
• Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
• Create drink recipes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED required. Prior bartending experience.
