Description:
As a Strategic Relationship Manager your primary responsibility is the generation of new custom e-learning development business with Fortune 1000 clients in a variety of industries. You will work closely with colleagues on the operations team to develop proposed solutions and to support the customer after the initial sale is completed.
Ideal candidates will have experience establishing and strengthening relationships at the manager through “C” level with a demonstrated track record of attaining ($2-3M+) annual revenue goal, selling custom blended and e-Learning (online) solutions, custom software development solutions, or related services. You will have the opportunity to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in selling Consulting Services and Information Technology solutions, preferably e-Learning solutions, to Fortune 1000 corporations. Experience in "solutions sales" a must.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven track record of sales success, gaining account entry and developing relationships at management and Senior Executive levels/”C” levels.
Aggressive new business development style and strong comfort level in opportunity development and prospecting.
Experience developing and growing a sales territory.
Experience using Hubspot or another CRM system.
Demonstrated leadership in managing long sales cycles, negotiating and closing both small and large, customized deals.
Strong executive presence and professional image.
Desired familiarity with the "Challenger Sales Methodology".
A team player: someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team oriented culture.
Excellent communication, consulting, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
