The General Motors Fairfax Assembly & Stamping Plant has been producing World Class Quality vehicles in the Kansas City area since 1945. Fairfax Assembly was the first industrial facility to operate as a dual-purpose manufacturer producing both automobiles and jet fighters in the same building. The scope of service will focus on injury prevention. Injury prevention services will include Human Performance Assessment and Coaching at the worksite, Work Station Assessments, Group Education, implementation of preventative exercise programs and health/wellness education.

Requirements:

• Applicant needs to be a self-starter, being able to work independently without direct supervision
• Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting
• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team
• Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone
• Demonstrates organizational skills and time management skills
• Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/client SOP
• Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services
• Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
• Licensed within the State of KS as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for KS licensure
