ALO MOVES Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Social Salary in the United States

We were one of the first to market to bring high-quality yoga instruction videos via cloud services as Cody to a rich, vibrant community of yogis. Now we’ve merged with Alo Yoga to increase our velocity, expand our reach, and continue to iterate on what it means to move mindfully using technology.   Alo Moves is looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid social campaigns on Facebook and grow our experimental channels. The right candidate will be fluent in performance marketing KPIs and obsessed with data analytics and optimization in order to continuously scale campaign growth and profitability. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, and will employ advanced tactics to capture high-intent traffic.  We’re a tight group of 30 team members with an office in the heart of Capitol Hill. RESPONSIBILITIES - Full end-to end management and optimization of paid social campaigns. - Execute on-going optimizations; including bid management, campaign structure, and targeting.  - Conduct weekly reporting and analysis of performance to inform optimizations and uncover areas of opportunity. - Partner with marketing, creative, product, and media teams to develop paid social programs that align with integrated marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across paid and organic programs. - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to paid social marketing, and attribution. QUALIFICATIONS - BA/BS or equivalent working experience. - 2+ years managing paid social advertising channels; Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat. - 2+ years experience managing paid influencer campaigns and/or podcast advertising.  - Experience handling marketing budgets, forecasting/reporting results, utilizing data analytics tools (Google Analytics).  - Experience with bid management, both manual and automated. - Highly skilled at writing ad copy. - Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. - Strong eye for ad creative. PREFERRED - Passionate about yoga, fitness and wellness. - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
