The position of CRM Technical Consultant will act as a technical subject matter expert for customer and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement/CRM) projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more). This person may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project (or projects) including extending Microsoft Dynamics CE, making customizations to the system, working with our customers to solve complex business problems, and more. Other responsibilities include light project management, configuration, data import, and supporting our existing customer base. The candidate must be able to strive to learn more, have the ability to multitask, be organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospects and existing customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements
• Analyze the requirements and provide detailed Fit/Gap reports and solution design documentation
• Create estimates for project lifecycle from Discovery through Go-Live
• Develop high-level project work plans. Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client.
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
• Lead client meetings and facilitate strategy sessions
• Business requirements analysis and documentation into functional requirements & specifications, solution design and development, presentation and/or estimate format, process impact analysis

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related or similar relevant field
• 3-5 years of CRM experience
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, work with the customer and the CRM Product team
• Client-focused attitude a customer advocate
• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
• Proactive with business solution recommendations
• Strong presentation, communication, and training skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Additional Microsoft certifications are plus
