About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Coordinator of People Operations to join our growing organization and help to create a candidate focused onboarding experience. This is a critical role as we scale and offers the opportunity to make a huge impact on a global organization.

Who You Are

• Tech-savvy and familiar with our tools/systems: You ideally have experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Google Suite Products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and meticulous: You’ll regularly be communicating with all incoming new hires so strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organized and a strong sense of accountability and urgency.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate the onboarding of AlphaSense new hires and create a seamless bridge from offer acceptance to the initiation of training.
• Own the day one experience for US and UK based new hires
• Partner with IT and procurement to manage device delivery and systems access.
• Administer pre-employment background screenings and manage the collection of I9 forms and required supporting documentation.
• Partner with members of the People team to support the benefits enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the finance team to complete payroll onboarding.
• Assist with ad hoc projects to support the People & Talent organization as the company continues through a phase of hyper-growth.
