Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor supervises a crew performing routine preventive maintenance and safety inspection operations for a building or plant's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems. Follows a daily and weekly schedule to effectively assign maintenance and repair tasks and may use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or work order system to track work orders.
