About You:

Order Project Coordinators are responsible for a quick turn around and a single point of contact for contracts, order entry, and provisioning for transactional-based orders.

Order Project Coordinators provide vital support to internal AppSmart order stakeholders and external partners, as well as related Operations staff.  Efficient Order Project Corrdinators contribute to quality customer service and help the team meet its objectives.

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

  • Process contract requests based on input from internal and external partners timely and accurately
  • Obtain required signatures for order and contract progression
    • Meet or exceed documented SLA’s (service level agreements)
  • Process signed orders that are generated internally and externally.
  • Quality assurance - Check order details to ensure they are accurate and complete.
    • Contact information
    • Address
    • Product prices
    • Discounts and spiffs
  • Communicate internally and/or externally to obtain missing or invalid order information.
  • Conduct daily order audits and close new orders in salesforce by:
    • Utilizing personal dashboards created in Salesforce to track workflow.
  • Work with advisors, customers and providers to ensure successful order tracking and implementation.

What you’ll need/Assets:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or a definitive history of operations management
  • 1+ year telecommunications experience

Efficient with Google G-suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and various business software applications (Zendesk, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of order
  • Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail in a high volume environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate, and communicate effectively with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
  • Good problem solving and time management skills.
  • Good Windows computing and data entry skills.
