The Manager of Sales Operations will support the Americas sales leaders and teams, responsible for all aspects of sales operational development & support, including Sales Analytics, Strategy, Planning, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Territory Planning, Quota Setting and Reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating in high growth companies, and excel in partnering with a sales leader to ensure success of the team through operational practices. You will be an individual very comfortable with driving decisions through data & analysis, creating the analysis, influencing others, and be able to articulate with other groups to achieve the immediate and mid-term requirements.

 

 Primary Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Partner with the VP of Sales to define business strategies and priorities based on opportunities and regional needs
  • Develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity. Conduct metrics reviews with sales management
  • Report on the pipeline generation needs and variances for each team. Work with sales managers to uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base
  • Know the forecasting process and work to make our forecasting more accurate.
  • Optimize the sales rep, manager experience in Salesforce.
  • Responsible for ensuring sales processes & policies are implemented effectively within the team
  • Manage the weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence, including QBRs, forecasting, planning, and opportunity management
  • Development and management of territories and quota’s

 

Required Skills /Experience:

 

  • 5+ years’ operating in high growth environments, within the technology industry. SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of working within a Sales Operations capacity, with proven experience partnering with VP level
  • Exceptional quantitative and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically
  • Deep understanding of how sales models & sales processes work
  • Able to run numerous activities & projects simultaneously
  • Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with directors and VPs.
