What does a Director, Creative Services do at companies like ARIZONA COYOTES?
- Work with SVP of Content & Entertainment Experience, SVP of Marketing, advertising/branding agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency
- Build, manage and mentor Creative Services team (in-house designers)
- Develop a strong understanding of the creative output needs of our different creative channels, from website and social needs, to video production and game experience
- Work with Project Manager to ensure all departments are provided with accurate communication of strategic creative output
- Run periodical Creative meetings which include our content creation teams (Digital Media, Content, and Creative Services)
- Conduct frequent reviews of creative products to ensure all is brand/message appropriate
- Work with Ticket Sales, Partnership Activation, and Event Marketing to ensure all events signage, etc. is brand/message appropriate
- Work with Project Manager and Logistics Specialists to ensure print, etc. vendors and their relationships are maximized
- Provide guidance on copy needs coming through for all communications
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (knowledge of Adobe After Effects a bonus)
- Must have ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines on a continual basis
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets
- Ability to work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 3+ years advertising agency, marketing agency, or sports creative fields preferred
- Office equipment
