Auberle is a nationally recognized, award winning human service organization that serves thousands of children and families each year.

The 412 Youth Zone offers comprehensive, welcoming, and youth-oriented services in an inviting space for transition age youth with current or past connections to child welfare or who are experiencing homelessness. The 412 Youth Zone helps youth to feel safe, connected and supported while offering the services to help them face the challenges of adulthood.

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistants to provide support in a highly visible role working to make the youth feel welcomed along with department needs such as data collection and analytics, communication flow, and tracking of processes and program elements. This position requires strong organizational and administrative skills, customer service skills geared toward a youth population, the ability to work in a fast paces environment with constant interruptions, and the ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills effectively.

This position requires:

• High School Diploma/GED with a Certificate in Administrative and office functions a plus 
• Highly proficient with technology - specialist  Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• The ability to obtain  Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) as well as FBI clearance pre employment as wells Pre-employment drug screening
