POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate  position is responsible for assisting in multiple areas including Receiving/Shipping. The right candidate must have a passion for problem solving and using their expertise to assist in growing our company..

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Job Functions)

• Receives all inbound material; break down, sort and organize incoming shipments according to delivery manifests.
• Directly responsible for denoting/verifying: Lots, Serial Numbers, Batches, Quantities, PO Numbers, at time of receipt.
• Pull pick tickets and/or production orders from the Acumatica system and fill the required material needed for that order
• Take order to the corresponding technician
• Maintain stock levels
• Maintain a neat, organized department, keeping in mind safety at all times.
• Clean and prepare orders for shipment
• Computer Work – Invoice orders and create shipping labels for all outgoing orders
• Packaging - Box all outgoing orders
• Operate Foam Machine for any shipment that requires foam.
• Change Gussetted Film on Foam Machine when required.
• Replace empty 50 gallon barrels of liquid with full barrels for Foam Machine.
• Complies with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per ISO:13485 2016 standards and the Company's Quality Management System.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Other Qualifications:

• Warehouse Experience (Minimum 1 year Experience)
• Must be able to navigate on a computer required; Experience with ERP systems a plus
• Willing to be cross trained in receiving, shipping, Final Inspection and Inventory
• Be familiar with UPS and/or Fedex software
• Be familiar with standard Shipping and Receiving procedures
• Organized and Attention to detail is a must
• Local Candidates ideal.
