AVER, LLC Business Process and Data Analyst Salary in the United States

AVER is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Process and Data Analyst  to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Apply the use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. 
• Responsible for transition of existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organization’s goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of internet and other automated processes. 
• Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creation and assessment of performance measurements.
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
• Key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and application of best practice including e-business practices experience.
• Data gathering and analysis, including support with data analysis tool, as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop and edit hardware issues documentation and communicate with the stakeholders per client guidelines.
• Educate others on hardware acquisition and maintenance processes as needed.
• Provide support to end user computer imaging and distribution.
• Support all phases of Special Install Move Add Change (SPIMAC) projects relating to end user devices and field equipment:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance with the Federal Government.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5 years of professional experience.
• 2 years of business process analysis and/or data analysis.

Desired Requirements:

• Previous experience providing IT support at a large federal agency, DHS or TSA is a plus
• Strong writing and communication skills required
• Past experience providing onsite consulting at a federal agency
• Understanding of software and hardware planning, tracking and deployment

Security Requirements:

• Position requires U.S. citizenship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance.
