AVER, LLC Data Entry Analyst (Software Assets) Salary in the United States

AVER is seeking a motivated and proactive Data Entry Analyst (Software Assets) to join our rapidly growing firm. This position requires a government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Research / Analytics Support

Analytics Support that includes assisting with the following:

Responsibilities:

• Research and coordinate COTS software delivery to end users’ computers following the client guidelines.
• Analyze and address risks and issues associated with fulfilling end users’ requests, and respond to end users’ concerns and questions until stated concerns and questions are answered objectively.
• Monitor and process software requests within 2 business days.
• Provide activity reports as required.
• Analyze and process Software Purchase Request using Government.
• Purchase Card (P-Card) applications following the client guidelines.
• Evaluate and update Software Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that include timely communication, documentation, and accurate record keeping, as determined by the Government.
• Create and maintain accurate records and support activities associated with the COTS software provisioning.
• Conduct research required to resolve software provisioning issues, including software capabilities, license terms and conditions, Alternative of Analysis, costs, applicable policies, tools, and industry Best Practices.
• Plan and coordinate removal of unauthorized software from the end users’ computers following the Agency guidelines.
• Support other desktop software provisioning activities as required.

Required: Bachelors Degree ;+ 3 years relevant experience
