About the Opportunity


Baudville Brands is seeking a highly driven and strategic individual that will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and brand awareness for RecogNation. This individual will report to the General Manager and partner with the following department heads: Sales, Client Services, Technology, Purchasing, and Creative Services.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive greater brand awareness for RecogNation through the complete ownership of the Marketing and Communications initiatives for the brand.
  • Develop, manage, and deploy brand and industry related content: best practices, emerging trends, product/solution updates, feature releases, customer success stories, customer onboarding and training materials, etc.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to develop and deploy lead generation campaigns, sales collateral, brand presentations, custom proposals, etc. for our current and prospective customers.
  • Optimize, enhance, and manage the brands website, digital presence, and KPIs.
  • Become a subject matter expert within the rewards, recognition, & employee engagement space.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the comptitive landscape; understanding the key USPs and differentiators of each competitor.
  • Seek to understand the voice of the customer(s): CEO, HR Champion, Front Line Manager, Individual Employee Engagement, etc.
  • Attend industry tradeshows, educational seminars, and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in sales calls and client reviews.
  • Develop and oversee the relationship(s), budget(s), and timeline(s) with key vendors and suppliers as necessary.

  • Experienced professional with demonstrated success in the areas of marketing and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy content/communication(s) strategies through marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate brand USPs, data points, features, etc. into effective marketing pieces.
  • Prior experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining brand guidelines and voice.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess an analytical approach to decision making with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a very fast-paced environment.

  • Develop, execute, and achieve department KPIs in relation to the marketing, communications, and content initiatives for the brand.

Requirements

Education

 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.

 

Experience

 

5+ years in a brand strategy, marketing, or communications lead role is desired.

 

Physical

Demands

 

Must be able to travel and work tradeshow booths where prolonged standing and physical activity is required. It requires attentiveness and computer operation for prolonged periods of time. Must satisfactorily pass a drug test.

Must be able to work with confidential records in a professional manner.

Must be a self-starter and driven individual. Must be able to make independent decisions quickly and handle a heavy workload at times. Must take complete ownership for one's results and effectiveness.
