As a Carrier Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the truck component of the moves lives up to our industry disrupting standards. You will have the opportunity to run a broker-like business model in multiple markets across the United States. Key responsibilities  Manage a pool of carriers - You will be cultivating relationships with new and old carrier partners. A critical part of success lies in how you manage the performance of your fleet to ensure we are supplying our customers with only the best trucking partners. Select the right carrier for the job - As the owner of market quality, you’ll be in a position to choose which of your carriers get put on which jobs for both local moves, and for long distance moves originating from your markets. Your judgement on quality and price will go a long way toward propelling the overall growth of the company. Develop a platform carriers love - You will be on the phone and emailing with carriers every day. A key aspect of your role is to listen to what they have to say, learn from what they are telling you, and incorporate their feedback into our processes as we continue to innovate towards a platform that all carriers love working on.
