Our Wheelworks Too location is our kids' and family store, offering bikes for toddlers to adult-height, alongside BMX bikes and tandem bikes. We are looking for a positive team player with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and management experience (bicycle retail experience preferred).
This job is seasonal, March through September 30-October 15.
Supervise a retail and assembly team. Responsible for front-of-house operations including opening, closing, customer relations, processing online orders, among other duties. Work closely with leadership team. Enforce strict COVID-19 precautions and protocols, revised biweekly.
Bike assembly experience desired. Customer service, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in Lightspeed POS system. Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 50lbs. Must work weekends and some evenings, with flexibility. Bicycle enthusiast with prior outdoor industry retail sales experience desired.
