Overview:

Reporting to the Administrative Manager, this position is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable, resolving customer billing problems, reducing accounts receivable delinquency, and improving lines of communication with respect to payment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
• Making outbound collection calls and communications in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
• Resolving client-billing problems in partnership with Administrative Manager
• Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements
• Preparing and executing daily deposits through our bank electronically

Qualifications

Desired Experience and Skills

• The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, polite persistence, sense of urgency, and analytical skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
