• Full Time and Benefits Eligible
• Salaried and Exempt
• Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting required
• 2-3 years of accounting experience required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout organization (writing, verbally and listening)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and effectively escalate critical issues
• Proven ability to self-direct and work independently
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Experience working with accounting software required
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer literate; proficient with productivity software including MS Office, Dropbox, and Google Docs
• Yardi Voyager (accounting and property management software) and project management skills a plus but not required
