We are looking for a new member to join our team at the incredible Arrivé high-rise in Belltown! The concierge is a customer-service oriented individuals who is committed to providing tenants and owners with impeccably run properties and enjoyable experiences!

Details

• Schedule: Thursday - Monday 10AM - 7PM 
• Full Benefits, Fully paid premium costs for health plans, 401k program (24 hours is considered full-time at Blanton Turner)
• Hourly Range: $18-20 DOE

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is required.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service oriented attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite desired.
• Strong knowledge of the surrounding area and recreational, hospitality and business related information.
• High school diploma or equivalent
