BLUVIUM Finance Business Process Analyst Salary in the United States

We are looking for a talented Business Process Analyst / Process Architect to work with Finance projects for a fast growing listed technology company based out in Redwood City, CA area. The individual will work with the internal Finance process owners on key strategic initiatives on a large joint go-to-market deal. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Understanding and documenting current business processes from Quote to Cash (including order booking, revenue recognition, billing etc.)
• Work in the business and technology teams on defining new processes and associated requirements for enhancing the underlying tools that support them (Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, Order Management systems etc.)
• Manage multiple programs for process improvements as well as system enhancements
• Report to Sr. Director and VP for Finance on a regular basis on the progress with various initiatives

• Worked as a Business Analyst / Process Architect for high-tech companies for at least 5 years
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash - including subscription billing, order management and revenue recognition - flows for hardware and software companies
• Worked closely with Finance process owners
• Very good communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), Zuora or other subscription billing platforms, NetSuite
