Position Responsibilities:  

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through high-volume inbound calls (approx. 150 per day)
• Developing cold calling stamina and hunter mentality; prospecting key decision-makers  
• Identifying and overcoming prospect's objections   
• Accomplishing key performance indicators (KPIs) consisting of daily targeted phone calls, transfers and closed deals.
• Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
• Striving to consistently gain sales skills and knowledge to stay agile in today’s competitive market.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous sales experience particularly with high volume sales calls
• Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
• Thrive within a fast-paced outbound sales call environment. 
• Persistent, won’t take "no" for an answer attitude
• Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance 
• Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement

Compensation/Benefits:

• Pay - $15/HR; Plus commission
