Who you are brightwheel is seeking a data-driven go-getter who can help us drive new customer activation by solving complex business problems and building scalable onboarding processes. You will report directly to the VP Customer Success and serve on the Customer Success leadership team. In this role, you will be a critical enabler of customers and brightwheelers and must thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally collaborative, highly analytical, and connects with our customer and/or industry.
