BROOKFIELD ASSET MANAGEMENT Analyst, Business Analytics Salary in the United States

The Business Analytics team is seeking an Analyst to join Brookfield Property Group. Business Analytics is a function responsible for identifying and improving business processes, and delivering analytics, data visualization, and automation solutions across Brookfield's entire Real Estate Portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes to improve overall business performance and productivity. This position reports to the Director of Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans including workflow milestones and execution timeline
• Communicate project and program updates across stakeholder groups
• Work closely with various business groups and drive timely execution of deliverables per project plan
• Effectively communicate any roadblocks, delays, risks, or new requirements from each business group to manager
• Assist development of visual and written documentation of current and future state processes
• Assist development of training strategy and training documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in project management and/or strategy is a plus
• Experience in defining and documenting business processes is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical skills and creative problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, and balance multiple priorities
