Job Description

The Compliance Reporting Team is currently seeking a dynamic individual to put our clients first as a Compliance Reporting Specialist.

The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Monitor, report, and analyze client restriction guidelines for coding into Firm’s trading compliance platform
  • Prepare and distribute daily investment compliance reporting
  • Partner with compliance and client investment teams to maintain up to date Investment Policy guidelines and governance
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting on the trading compliance platform
  • Maintain GIPS compliant presentations and endnotes materials for all asset strategies
  • Maintain and implement the firm’s GIPS policies and procedures
  • Monitor and research the evolving GIPS standards leveraging CFA resource materials and extensive Q&A library
  • Partner with 3rd party verifiers to complete the annual GIPS verification audit
  • Interface with other departments, including Portfolio Management, Client Service, and Messaging teams to complete RFP's
  • and senior management requests
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual composite performance reports to business partners through the Firm
  • Manage projects that provide tactical solutions and advance the team’s strategic goals
  • Develop industry insights through proactive networking, conference attendance, and independent research

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 -3 years of composite management / performance measurement specific preferred
  • Superior analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with performance measurement calculations and methodologies
  • Familiarity with financial products and markets
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred)
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Superior organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive mentality
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Experience working on team projects
  • Ability to adapt in a positive manner to rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion

  • Knowledge of Advent Software or other portfolio management systems
