(BCI), is currently looking for an outgoing and organized Operations Coordinator.  This position involves assisting with the daily business activities of the Legal, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative departments in order to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, be eager to learn and develop expertise in each area through cross-training, be comfortable with ambiguity, and possess strong attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with project management by creating new jobs, tracking progress, and resolving issues;
• Oversee internal databases by consolidating and correcting existing data, as well as tracking off-site file management;
• Assist with cross-departmental (Legal, HR, and Accounting) daily operational activities;
• Analyze, collect, interpret, and summarize data for Legal, HR, and Accounting departments to make determinations; and
• Oversee talent management and recruitment;

What You Need for this Position

• At least 6-12 months of customer service experience;
• Strong ability to multitask; and
• Skill in basic computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to work with complex databases.
