BuyAutoParts.com has been in business for over 30 years. We started out as a wholesale distributor of automotive products in 1988 and grew as an online retailer of auto parts. Our internet site is a popular destination for retail customers, car enthusiasts and professional mechanics. Today we have over 50 employees in our San Diego, CA corporate headquarters. We are currently looking for a few energetic, hardworking, team-players to join our warehouse team at our Hebron, KY distribution center.

Responsibilities:

Position primarily entails efficiently picking customer orders for shipment in a high volume environment. Candidate must ensure that the correct part number and type of product is picked, packed and shipped correctly. This position also requires the use of a cherry picker vehicle.  Successful candidate will also display a high attention to detail, while maintaining focus and accuracy. 

Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse experience preferred

- Materials handling experience a plus

- Experience with standard warehouse machines, including forklifts and cherry pickers.

- Experience with a handheld RF scanner for bin controlled inventory picking/transfers within a warehouse environment preferred

- Requires the ability to stand on feet all day and move around a large warehouse for 8 or more hours in a fast- paced environment

- Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds, squat, reach, grasp, carry, ladder climb, etc. on a regular basis throughout an 8 hour shift

- Reliable with a positive work ethic, good organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

- Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and work quickly and efficiently

- Saturday availability

- Must maintain a solid attendance record

- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $15-$17 per hour DOE. We also have a generous benefits program including 3 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, full healthcare, dental, vision, coffee, drinks, and a great company culture. First and second shifts available.

Covid-19 information:

We are a large warehouse with a staff of under 20. Employees have plenty of room for physical distancing throughout their shift. In addition, we have added many cleaning and related procedures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. We have also made available additional snacks, and a daily company provided lunch, to alleviate the need to employees to leave during their breaks and meal periods.
