Primary Function
Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for providing staffing support to operations teams throughout Caliburn consisting of corporate direct hires and billable contract personnel.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Caliburn International is recognized. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staffing of field projects both domestic and international; fill project site needs according to the work plan and the needs of the project manager - Ensure Affirmative Action information is captured utilizing available resources - Provide accurate data entry of candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System; assist in employee file maintenance and audits - Assist in management of resume maintenance for work-plan and position compliance - Assist in the preparation of outgoing correspondence to include: regret notices, invitations to interview, and responses to questions - Review training files; ensure all client and regulatory documentation requirements are met and information is current; coordinate with Safety to schedule physicals and training course needs - Assist in site mob and de-mobilization - Ensure fair and consistent information and assistance is provided to all candidates and employees - Reports to Director of Recruiting - Coordinate matters of legal compliance with the VP of Human Resources - Perform managerial, administrative or logistical duties as may be assigned by the Directors for various corporate entities, both internal and external, in accordance with Company policy and procedures
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education in Recruiting or related field - Five (10) experience in recruiting or staffing with supervisory experience - Prior project management or site management experience related to government contract work preferred - Must be willing to travel OCONUS - Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work - Ability to work outside normal work hours at short notice when dictated by work load; - Intermediate verbal and written communication skills; prepare correspondence for presentation to prospective employees, senior management and outside entities and the ability to present a positive impression to employees and outside agencies - Intermediate user level knowledge of computer systems; Microsoft office software (word, power point, excel, outlook), Adobe Acrobat, iCIMS® or similar database programs, internet research and documentation control systems - Must be able to act with discretion and maintain employee and applicant confidentiality; - Must maintain corporate confidentiality regarding sensitive information and proprietary items
