In this role, you will work with a team to onboard and train new hires, as well as participate in the development and delivery of professional development initiatives for current employees.

Responsibilities:

• Train and coach new hire groups of 20 to 35 Account Specialists.
• Support and assess new employee performance, tailoring coaching approaches to individual needs.
• Maintain detailed training records and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development team to review existing modules, incorporating new activities and technologies to improve learner experience and training impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High School diploma/GED
• 2 years previous experience either in collections, or a call-center environment.
• 2 years previous experience in training.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), One Drive, MS Teams.
• Team player willing to learn and jump in whenever needed to get the work done.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Education/Training, or related field.
• Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Understanding of adult learning theories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
