We are currently hiring for Banquet Servers.  We have positions open for both full-time and part-time employment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum one year of hospitality experience.  Experience in private clubs a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to accurately read and input data into our reservation/point-of-sale system.
• A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promotes an attitude of teamwork and is willing to assist other team members whenever possible.
•   Works as directed to support the mission and values of Capital City Club.
•   Executes the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
•   Answers member/guest questions about food, beverages, and other club offerings accurately.
•   Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to communicate with others.
• Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to practicing exceptional sanitary procedures.
• Desire to provide outstanding customer service experience for members and their guests.

WORK SCHEDULE

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends

COMPENSATION

• $13-$15/hour
• Benefits package (requires minimum 90 days full-time employment): health, dental, vision insurance; retirement plan; paid time off
