Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, this position is responsible for:

  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence when speaking with customers
  • Maintain a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to achieve first contact resolution
  • Ability to identify customer concerns and correct an experience to ensure it is a positive one
  • Review, record and organize information into the database
  • Assist management in identifying trends to improve our customer experience

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and driven person.
  • Ability and desire to strive in a team environment.
  • Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Basic computer skills needed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Any automobile mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
