We have been family owned and operated since 1956. We take pride in servicing our customers as a wholesale distributor of building materials such as roofing, siding, windows, gutters and more.

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the direct management and performance of the Inside Sales/Customer Service Team. You will work directly with our customer base, in person and by phone. Your focus will be on customer service and relationship building. You will be responsible for sales, marketing, coaching, and training your team. Being friendly and courteous is a must. During all interactions, you will be looking to learn more about our customers and how you can strengthen those relationships.

We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow. This position requires the ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.

Job duties Include:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring the Inside Sales Team
  • Partnering with the Sales Manager and Territory Managers to develop sales strategies
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and resolve any discrepancies
  • Conducting staff meetings
  • Providing product and process training
  • Building new customer relationships
  • Generating leads via cold calling to create potential sales opportunities
  • Working continuously with the Territory Managers to ensure sales goals for the branch are obtained
  • Assist the team with customer inquiries, quotes, orders and follow up
  • Coordinating performance reviews
  • Working with the team to maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Managing literature and sample areas and ensuring items are stocked

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Roofing, siding and window knowledge a plus but not required
