CARDTRONICS ATM Cash Install Analyst Salary in the United States

Responsible for assigning armored and cash vendors for “one-off” new installs and the coordination of armored services for ATM cash installs and de-installs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assigning Armored and Cash Vendors:

• Responsible for daily non-project routine requests to ensure install details are processed timely and according to the all of the unique business rules related to setting up cash and armored service for various makes and models of ATMs
• Work with various internal teams to fully carry out install requirements, including assigning them to the various armored and cash vendors in order to establish armored and cash service for new installations in various countries (US, Canada, Puerto Rico and any future locations)
• Process all incoming cash and armored vendor responses while determining if vendor terms are acceptable.  Escalate unacceptable terms and/or special circumstances as directed 
• Enter and/or update the key cash-related information into various systems, such as CORE and ICOM

Scheduling Install and De-Install Services:

• Review install/de-install queue and schedule install-related services with armored providers ensuring proper routing and sufficient lead time
• Turn off device monitoring in Device Manager in the afternoon one day ahead of de-install activities to ensure service dispatches are suspended before cash is removed from ATMs
• Throughout each day, monitor and confirm cash install and de-install services have been completed using internal and external data sources.
• Completed daily end of day reporting
• Precisely follow established escalation processes for missed services.
• Participate in cross-departmental team meetings related to install/de-install activities with focus on working together to complete the implementation activities.
• Dispatch service for ATMs with hardware issues occurring during or following the install activity

Other:

• Manage and distribute daily reports to internal and external parties related to install activities.

• Complete various departmental processes as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience (post-degree) preferred, but not required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to include: Outlook, Word and Access; solid mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures
• Ability to negotiate, make independent decisions and successfully work in a team-based environment.
• High level personal accountability for working multiple issues simultaneously and bringing them to closure.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
• Ability to lift and carry 10 (ten) pounds.
• Ability to successfully communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Availability to use a company provided laptop and/or cell phone to complete projects after hours and on weekends when necessary. 

• Ability to work an alternate shift which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Bi-lingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

• Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
