Affinity Home Care located within Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community near the Beaverton-Hillsboro area seeks Caregivers to join our care team! The successful candidate will effectively provide assistance to individuals within their apartments and community who need assistance with daily living activities, while also providing compassion and companionship. 

Weekends are required. 

Pay - $21.00- $21.50 per hour

Shift: FT/ PT

Main Responsibilities

• Provides general attention to residents needs.
• Documents all Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
• Provides companionship and observes to ensure safety and to report condition changes.
• Completes light housekeeping tasks.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and the care.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure.

Qualifications

• Passion working with seniors 6 months experience preferred!
• Completion of paid pre-employment trainings- provided during onboarding.
• Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) & Oregon Food Handlers Permit
• Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility

Physical Demands

• Lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
