Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Technical, Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of technical/business experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of change management experience, including communications, engagement and cultural change
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and demonstrate consistent follow-through to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, coupled with people and project management skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
  • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel to off-site locations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs change readiness assessment to determine feasibility of implementation and presents results to business units.
  • Supports Managers in relation to change management plans including communications, trainings, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.
  • Monitors the adoption and utilization of change initiatives.
  • Reviews existing plans and recommends improvements.
  • Identifies performance gaps and provides corrective actions.
  • Creates and conducts coaching and trainings sessions to support change management implementations.
  • Acts as primary contact to address any issues and queries on change management activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
