The VP, Food and Beverage is a critical member of the Leadership team and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the food and beverage strategy that will enable the company to achieve designated excellence. The Vice President of Food & Beverage is responsible for ensuring the food and beverage operations are providing and delivering a consistent, high level of service and quality of products based on established company standards and customers’ expectations. This position will develop the strategic food and beverage goals and translate them into tactical plans, as well as provide leadership to ensure goals are attained. The Vice President Food & Beverage will maximize revenues and profits while maintaining the high level and quality and integrity of our food & beverage selection.
This position will oversee the various hotel food and beverage leaders and provide support and resources, both in person and remotely. Initially this person would have oversight of efforts within special projects, openings, and transitions. This position will be heavily involved in development of F&B concepts, the rollout, and the execution of these concepts.
The position will assist with growing the company and will be an integral part in setting the tone for the total food and beverage discipline efforts, ensuring that Commonwealth Hotels is an innovative, results focused, and talent driven company. This position will require 80% travel.
