Job Description:

Job Duties

• Act as a liaison with business departments to implement process improvement.
• Assist more experienced team members with gathering information and seeking out and identifying opportunities, and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures.
• Document business processes, training needs and procedures, and communicate existence of new process.
• Gathers information on business process and procedures.
• Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes.
• Assists in creating documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Generates standard reports.

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Standard MS skill set.
