Job Description:

Procurement  Department  Opportunities

• Obtains real estate tax amount data using taxing authority websites, CoreLogic online tools, or outbound phone calls to local taxing authorities to obtain real estate tax amounts for properties in contiguous US
• Conducts procurement research using property Tax Identification (ID) number (aka parcels number), property address and homeowner name information 
• Works assigned tasks in CoreLogic web-based software application
• Responsible for meeting daily production levels for procurement tasks assigned
• Effectively displays the ability to manage time well by completing all work types within the established deadlines, set appropriate work-related priorities, concentrate on the main objectives, and avoid unnecessary interruptions
• Must possess strong verbal communication & listening skills

    
Search Department Opportunities

• Uses client-provided property information to identity the location of property, Tax Identification (ID) numbers(s), and the tax authorities that collect property taxes
• Validates correct Tax ID for property using property address, legal descriptions, tax authority and/or Tax ID number
• Works assigned tasks in CoreLogic web-based software application
• Contacts Tax Assessor/Tax Collector agencies to clarify information
• Responsible for meeting daily production and quality levels for search tasks assigned
• Effectively displays the ability to manage time well by completing all work types within the established deadlines, set appropriate work-related priorities, concentrate on the main objectives, and avoid unnecessary interruptions
• Must possess strong verbal communication & listening skills
   

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Exhibit strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Experience managing time and task prioritization effectively.
• Possess efficiency in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
