Cornerstone Care, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Integrated Care Coordinator for our Rogersville Office location.

The candidate must possess:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Work

- Other qualified candidates include a RN or LPN

- Experienced Medical Assistants with knowledge of behavioral health will also be considered

- MUST possess knowledge or experience in behavioral health as well as basic medical knowledge

- Previous outpatient clinic work preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:

- Travel possible between Cornerstone Care locations.

- Current Act 33, Act 34, and Act 114 clearances, if applicable; instructions provided to obtain if needed.
