As an Associate Project Manager, you will manage projects independently or in collaboration with other Project Managers/Sr. Project Managers. You will clarify requirements, manage deadlines and budgets, maintain open communication with all team members, collaborate to find solutions when issues arise, and help ensure we deliver solutions that meet our clients’ objectives. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology/e-commerce space and has experience managing digital projects - preferably in an agency environment. Experience using agile methodologies and tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver successful projects
• Manage small to medium sized projects.
• Work with account teams and clients to outline project goals, deliverables.
•  Create and manage project timelines, schedules and budgets.
•  Anticipate project issues (e.g. budget, resource availability) and proactively escalate as needed.
•  Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports 
• Keep multiple project teams informed, motivated, and on track • Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work easily with others. 
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
•  Lead and motivate project team members.
• Identify creative solutions that can satisfy client objectives when timing and budget are tight. 
• Assist with non-core responsibilities when needed 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S or B.A), business / IT concentration preferred
• 2-4 years post graduate work experience, preferably in Business or IT
• Previous resource management experience a plus
• Computer proficiency required, experience with MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA a plus.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment
• Ability to work successfully under pressure and with shifting priorities
• Outstanding communications skills, both written and spoken
