We are looking for a representative to handle our loaner car department.

Responsibilities:

• Greets and provides excellent customer service to our customers
• Facilitate vehicles for our customers in a timely manner
• utilize loaner software program to issue and monitor loaner vehicle usage
• Perform audits to maintain vehicle inventory
• Adheres to procedures and processes regarding loaner car program
• Provides customers with necessary vehicle loaner contracts and agreements, ensures accuracy and completeness per loaner car regulations.
• Collect unexpired data and enter into software program to provide contract.
• Inspect vehicles upon return for damage, mileage and fuel.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties in a timely manner
• Basic math skills to process rates, ratios and percentages.
• Must pass background and drug screening process.
• Must posses a clean driving record.
