Role Overview

CrossBorder Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Resource Management Associate to assign staff to our projects for the Professional Services Group. In coordination with the Senior Resource Manager, you will determine personnel requirements, provide ongoing support to project managers, and collaborate on resource management with multiple teams within our organization to provide the best-in-class service to our clients. To ensure success, you should possess solid knowledge of resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Assign available staff through FinancialForce PSA to projects based on their skills and experience
• Monitor employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours through FinancialForce
• Provide project managers with ongoing resource management and related support
• Reduce resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff
• Collaborate on resource management with internal departments.
• Document processes and maintain records
• Support the Resource Management team in special projects and initiatives including skills assessment and reporting enhancements.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 1+ year(s) of experience in resource management
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience using FinancialForce
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple assignments
